"Regular Tai Chi practice enhances balance, flexibility, and strength while promoting joint health, relieving stress, and supporting overall well-being.
The Taiji Ten–Four Corners form features ten essential movements drawn from the traditional 24-form, practiced continuously in four directions to cultivate flow, coordination, and stability. Simple, low-impact, and repetition-based, this routine is an effective way to develop foundational Tai Chi skills and core training principles.
 
This class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, including complete beginners with no prior experience. Participants who have studied the Eight Techniques and Five Steps may find it easier to learn and progress. In addition, this form deepens understanding of the Eight Techniques and Five Steps, reinforcing their principles through consistent, integrated practice.
 
Please wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes (no sandals)
