Dissecting Science: The Eye and Heart (Middle School)

Discover about some of the most important parts of your body: your heart and eyes!  Learn about the eyes through games, crafts, and a real eye dissection.  We will learn topics regarding colorblindness, optical illusions, and how to check our own eye sight and depth perception.  Next we will focus on the human heart.  Through playing games, building models and a real heart dissection, you will learn about blood flow, the anatomy, heart rate and how to maintain a healthy heart.
