Unlock the deeper essence of Taiji through the Eight Techniques and Five Steps — a simplified, standardized form promoted by the Chinese National Sports Commission. This routine is designed to be easy to learn while developing full-body coordination, balance, and internal awareness. Through consistent practice, students will experience how one movement can activate the entire body, embodying the principle of total-body integration. It is a low impact, accessible exercise for all age and fitness levels.

Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes (no sandals).
