This class is designed for adults (40+ but not required), who wish to stay active through traditional Japanese and Okinawan karate.   Students stay active through light stretching, practice of kata (forms), and application of the kata.   The class is conducted in a positive, supportive, friendly environment.  Loose athletic clothing required.
