We'll cover how the ingredients interact in the mixing bowl to give us a beautiful crumb that hold onto moisture .With cake baking , we'll then move over into the world of buttercream and learn about the 5 major buttercreams that every pastry chef knows and some classics like cream cheese frosting.  Make a beautiful cake for your next occasion!
