Cannolis are a classic Italian pastry that aren't as challenging as one may think. In this class, you'll learn how to make the crispy, bubbly shells that cannolis are known for and a more modern spin with a delicate baked shell! With shells made, we'll need some fillings. Of course the classic vanilla and lemon ricotta will make an appearance, but we'll also make some other flavors like chocolate hazelnut and rum raisin! Recipes include: Cannoli Shell, Baked Cannoli Shell, Classic Ricotta Filling, Chocolate Hazelnut Filling, and Rum Raisin Filling
