Croissants Workshop

Learn the magic of butter and how to create the fine layers to create everyone's favorite flakey pastry. In this indepth class, we will learn how flour and water can come together to create a simple dough that we then roll and fold with butter in a process called lamination. Once our dough is laminated then we can start getting to the good part! From classics like pain au chocolate to a savory turkey and cheese, you'll love how fun making croissants can be! Recipes include: croissant dough, croissants, chocolate croissants, and turkey and cheese croissants.
