Macaron Workshop

Are you intrigued by those little French cookies? Learn how to bring a few simple ingredients together to create one of the fanciest and more difficult french pastries! In this workshop you will learn the secrets to whipping egg whites to perfection and folding them with almonds to create these traditionally gluten free cookies! After they bake, we'll whip up some silky fillings like swiss buttercream and chocolate ganache to bring them over the top and ready for any Pasrisian Patisserie!  Recipes include:Macaron Shells (sometimes we can do other nut flavors and chocolate shells), Chocolate ganache filling, Swiss Buttercream filling.
