| Explore and role play what it would be like to be a doctor, nurse, EMT, paramedic or occupational therapy assistant. Learn how to administer first-aid in emergency situations. Learn about lung disease, how to perform CPR and Heimlich maneuver, broken bones, snake bites, hypothermia, how to use a stethoscope and more. A visit from the St.Charles Ambulance district will take about EMS careers and see a working ambulance up close. Students will also see simulators in the nursing labs and learn about occupational therapy as a career. Camp designed for pre-teens and teens with an interest in the healthcare field.
