Julia Child once said, "a party without a cake is just a meeting."  Learn how to make, bake, and decorate your own cake perfect for any birthday or celebration! On day one we will bake our own cakes and buttercreams to learn how to turn raw ingredients into the best components for sucess. On day two, Chef Harry will guide you in stacking and frosting a cake before detailing simple decorations that you can utilize for any celebration cake.  Menu includes: vanilla cake, vanilla swiss buttercream, and chocolate swiss buttercream.
