Is there any better way to start your day than with a fresh croissant or danish? Learn how to roll and fold butter into dough to create the flakey layers in the classic croissant. After creating the dough on day 1 and learning how to up the nutrition with various grains and flours, we will come back together to learn how to make various fillings and combine them with our dough to create multiple morning pastries. Menu includes: croissant and danish dough, chocolate croissants, ham and cheese croissants, sweet cheese danish, and leek and potato danish.
