Sushi Night


Once you learn this technique to sushi, you will second guess yourself before going out again! Learn the basic Califorina roll with avocado, crab and cucumber, tempura shrimp roll with carrot, cucumber and seseme seed, spicy tuna roll with siracha, celery, asparagus and soy. All served with a side of soy, pickled ginger and wasabi. Class held at the Culinary and Agricultural Center in Dardenne Prairie.
