Last Summer Harvest

Summer has come to an end.  Let's celebrate the last harvest and prepare a slow grilled sirlion roast with homemade steak sauce, jalapeno and cheddar suasage over cast iron skillet potatoes and a corn and pepper relish.  Class held at the Culinary and Agricultural Center in Dardenne Prairie.
