Sushi for Beginners


Overview of ingredients and tradition. Rice'and techniques. Norimaki , Uramaki, Nigiri, Temaki. Students would receive a sushi rolling mat and chopsticks to take home. Class held at the Culinary and Agricultural Center in Dardenne Prairie. Class perfect for adults and teens!
