This course will focus on personal wellness and will be modified and adapted to individual physical needs, fitness levels and capabilities. Participants will explore a variety of exercises such as movement that increases heart rate, coordination and flexibility. The overall important connection to healthy living will be emphasized, including the benefits of exercise, nutrition and mental health. This course does require physical activity. Please consult your physician before beginning a new exercise program. Class held at the Center for Healthy Living in Dardenne Prairie.
