Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation - ONLINE

Mindfulness and meditation are evidence-based practices shown to improve health, well being and quality of life. This class will introduce students to a variety of practical and simple mindful techniques to reduce stress and tension by grounding/centering, mindful listening, mindful breathing, mindful eating, body scan, mindful yoga, sitting and walking meditation.  Students will need appropriate technology to participate remotely through ZOOM.
