QuickBooks 2007, Introduction to

QuickBooks is designed for the small to midsized business owner who enjoys Quicken''s ease of use but prefers a more traditional approach to accounting. Learn how this well-designed program can make it a snap to set up a chart of accounts, reconcile your checking account, create and print invoices, receipts, and statements, track your payables, inventory, and receivables, create estimates, and generate reports.

Requirements
QuickBooks Pro 2007 or QuickBooks Premier 2007 (please be sure to install this software on your computer before the course begins); Microsoft Windows XP; Internet access, e-mail, the Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox Web browser, and the Adobe Flash and PDF plug-ins (two free and simple downloads you obtain at http://www.adobe.com/downloads by clicking Get Adobe Flash Player and Get Adobe Reader). This course is not suitable for Macintosh users, nor for users of QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks SimpleStart.

Note: Students with QuickBooks Pro 2008 or QuickBooks Premier 2008 will be supported in the Discussion Areas.
