| Complete Harmony provides trauma informed yoga to youth between the ages of 18 months and 18 years old. Our goal is to provide a space where youth can connect to themselves, each other, and the world around them. A trauma informed approach is inclusive for all kids, and uses invitational language and other key elements to provide a safe and inclusive space. Kids yoga is always fun, loud and engaging while using games, art, and other approaches to support kids as they explore the world of mindfulness and yoga
