Do you like being active, making friends, playing games and running? Start each day off with stretching and dynamic warmups, then we will do a light jog, play games, have some relays and competitions, cool down, stretch and eat a snack. We will also have some fun activites thrown in throughout the week such as tie dying t-shirts, nutritional snack making, yoga and more! After all your hard work, on Friday we will have a fun-run race.
