Introduction to Wine Making - Using Kits


Experience the fine art of wine making as you learn the step-by-step procedure of making your first varietal wine from the finest wine kits available today. Wines are made in class with our equipment and guidance in the first day of this two session class and bottled during session two. Each student will choose the varietal they wish to make and will take home 4-5 bottles of wine created during the class.
