Making Mead - The World's Oldest Beverage


A favorite of Vikings, students will learn to make mead, the world's oldest beverage made from raw honey. The four session course will take you from planning your mead to bottling and labeling the end product. Your individual batch will result in 4-5 bottles of wine which you will take home. Students will be exposed to best practices from the home winemaker and learn the history of this great beverage.
