Grab your partner and join us for a unique experience of dancing and dining. The evening begins with a one hour hustle disco dance lesson from Stan and Linda, our dance instructors at SCC, then walk to the kitchen and learn hands on cooking with our cooking instructor, Mercedes. Create banana puddnig with moonshine whipped cream, cheddar, apple & pastrami grilled cheese, honey-lime chicken wings, twice-baked potatoes with caramelized onions and blue cheese, cranberry strudel upside-down cake, roast chicken breasts with rosemary-lemon brown butter, and herb pork tenderloin. Both must register.
