Hands-on Sushi!

There is more to making sushi than sticky rice and good fish.  Kin will demo various maki techniques, how to properly make rice and season and cutting techniques.  Learn about different sauces and way to identify and prepare safe sushi grade fish.  Students will prepare California rolls, vegetable rools, Lucky Sushi rolls made with sesame seeds, cucumber, avocado, crab and cream cheese and shrimp rolls.  Class meets at Lucky Sushi House Restaurant in St. Peters.
