Tai Chi Seated Senior Class

Contains traditional Tai Chi Silk Reeling exercises, plus non-related stretching, mobility, flexibility, balance, and coordination exercises.  You may remain seated during part of the class and standing during other parts of the class.  Increases flexibility of hands, arms, and being able to get up, sit down, and reach higher.
