A selection of different craft beer styles will be explored.  Each style will include brewing processes, style-specific glassware, and the basics of proper serving, storing, and tasting techniques for optimum enjoyment.  Taste eight different beers, along with some delicious food. Class presented by Michael J. Amad, retired Anheuser-Busch Brewmaster.   The beers include: Wheat Ale - Shock Top Belgian Wheat paired with a fish taco Lager - Blue Point Toasted Lager and Pale Ale - Goose Island Green Line Pale Ale paired with a Philly beef and cheese slider IPA - Elysian Space Dust IPA paired with a dark-roasted potato and pepper jack soup Belgian Style Farmhouse Ale - Goose Island Sofie and Belgian Style Pale Ale - Goose Island Lolita both paired with orange sherbert Porter - Beckenridge Nitro Vanilla Port and Imperial Stout - Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout both paired with a carmel pretzel brownie.
