Drama games and improv activities encourage quick thinking, memory recall, creativity, communication, and problem-solving, all of which help keep the mind active and engaged. Studies have shown that staying socially connected and mentally stimulated may help support cognitive health and reduce the risk of dementia as we age. We will play interactive warm-ups and improv games as well as learn how to be comfortable on stage, and practice basic communication/improv techniques (Yes... and) most of all, we will HAVE FUN!
