Join us as Brick River Cider Company introduces us to the world of hard cider. Learn about the longstanding tradition of European cider as well as what cider meant to early Americans and cider as we know it today. History, agriculture, and economics all in one glass! We will be pairing Brick River's locally made hard cider with some equally delicious food samplings. Class held at Tompkins by Rack House.
