Tuesday: Orange Cranberry
Wednesday: Oatmeal Raisin
Thursday: Snickerdoodle
Friday: Sugar Begin with Kitchen safety (specific to recipe): 5 min 
Students need access to stove and oven, must have adult 16 or older present for supervision/assistance.  Recipes will be emailed 1 week before with ingredients required.
Kitchen safety (specific to the recipe): 5 min
Washing hands: 3 min
Mise en place/explain recipe: 10 min
Cook: 40 min
Try the food: 2 min
Need 1 hour before and after for preparation and clean up. .

Everyday Supplies:
  • Baking sheet
  • Aluminum Foil
  • Parchment paper
  • Large bowl
  • Electric mixer (hand or stand is fine)
  • Spoons
  • Dry measuring cups
  • Wet measuring cup
  • Measuring spoons
  • Oven
  • Microwave
  • Large spatula
  • Tuesday: zester
  • Optional: cookie cooling rack
